Before your call:

Before your consultation make sure you've completed your Intake Form to the best of your abilities, and write down and questions you may have.

Preparing for your call:

To get the most of your conversation with the doctor, it's important to follow this checklist before beginning:

  • Move to a quiet area so the doctor can hear you and you will not be distracted
  • Have something to take notes with (paper and pen or your computer open)
  • Notes with any questions you have or medical information you'd like to review

Connecting:

Before the call you will receive a sms reminder and immediately at the time of your appointment you will receive a sms web link to a video conference. Click the link and your appointment should begin.

During the conversation:

Can I do audio-only if I don't want to do video?

If you prefer to talk without video (audio only), that's perfectly fine, just select that option in the video conference, the doctor won't mind.

How long will the consultation last?

Most consultations last approximately one hour, however we ask that you reserve at least 2 hours from appointment start time.
